1. Quality control of raw materials
The initial state of raw materials directly determines the upper limit of precision for subsequent processing.

Check the dimensional accuracy of raw materials, including thickness, width deviation, and surface flatness, to reduce the impact of initial defects on the finished product.
2. Proper control of rolling process
Rolling is a key process that determines the thickness and shape accuracy of stainless steel strips, and needs to be controlled in stages.

Plate shape control: By using techniques such as roll inclination and intermediate roll lateral movement, plate shape defects such as "wave shape" and "sickle bend" are corrected to ensure the flatness of the strip.
3. Finishing and testing process
Precision processing is the guarantee of accuracy, and with strict testing, deviations can be corrected in a timely manner.
Annealing treatment: eliminates rolling stress, stabilizes material structure, and prevents dimensional deformation during subsequent use.
Flat rolling: By slightly reducing the amount, further improve the shape and surface smoothness of the plate, while fine-tuning the thickness accuracy.
Online detection: Real time monitoring of strip thickness and shape using laser thickness gauges, shape gauges, etc., with data feedback to the control system for dynamic adjustment.
Finished product inspection: Sampling or full inspection of finished products to check indicators such as thickness, width, and flatness to ensure compliance with customer required accuracy standards.
